How to cancel

Sign in on this hostname, open Pro, and choose Cancel Pro now. The Stripe subscription is cancelled at once. Remaining days are not kept. Rationales, the rest of the bank, mocks, and AI tutor comments return to the free gate on this exam only.

We do not use a billing portal that waits until the period ends. That would leave Pro open after you asked to stop.

What cancel does not do

Cancel stops further charges and closes Pro. It does not by itself return money already taken for the current month. If you want money back, ask for a refund.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email on this account. Name this exam (REx-PN practice), roughly when you paid, and why you are asking. We aim to reply within five business days. We process refunds through Stripe. If a refund is issued, Pro on this exam closes immediately — including a partial refund.

When we refund, and when we may decline

We refund duplicate or clearly accidental charges. We also refund if we charged you after Pro was already closed, or if this site was unavailable so that you could not use what you paid for.

Where consumer law that applies to you gives a cooling-off or withdrawal right — for example 14 days for many UK and EEA distance contracts — we honour that right. Write to [email protected] from the account email. A statutory refund still closes Pro on this exam immediately. Using the bank does not, by itself, cancel a right the law still gives you. We do not ask you to waive those rights at checkout in this period.

Outside those statutory rights, we may decline a goodwill refund where Pro content on this exam was already used, except where New Zealand law requires otherwise. We do not pro-rate a month as a default.

If you are a consumer in New Zealand, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 still apply.

Failed payments and disputes

If a renewal fails, Pro on this exam closes immediately. You are not billed again until you start checkout. A bank or card dispute is not the same as a refund request; we may close the seat on this exam while it is investigated.
